Are GS Buss 589, Keolis 2506, Keolis 2507, Vy Buss 70878 and Vy Buss 70886 from Västtrafik? The Keolis ones look like the ones that used to be in traffic in Göteborg, Mölndal and Partille to December 2020. Is it common for Swedish buses to be sold to other countries?

Yes, they are from Västtrafik.

Yep, it is common. Keolis 7010-30 were sold from Stockholm to Italy in 2015, and VR 6231-36 were sold to Finland in 2024.
